The Art of Being: A Proust Questionnaire with model Sheetal Singh

In an industry that often champions fast-paced living, model Sheetal Singh stands as a refreshing embodiment of balance and mindfulness. A mother, creative, and model represented by IMG (she also features in our latest campaign), Sheetal brings a grounded perspective to beauty and success, one that is deeply intertwined with her personal rituals and family life. In this intimate Proust Questionnaire, she shares her approach to self-care, the virtues she most admires in others, and the joy she finds in simple, everyday moments. Sheetal reminds us that true wellbeing comes from within—rooted in presence, authenticity, and a deep appreciation for the impermanent beauty of life.
