Evening Unwind is a gentle guided practice designed to soften the edges of the day and lead you inward.

Beginning in stillness, the breath deepens signalling to the body that it is safe to let go.

Thoughts are not resisted, only allowed to drift. Muscles loosen, the nervous system settles, and a sense of calm begins to take shape.
