How do you define the "art of living well" and what does it mean to you personally?

The art of living well is the joy of experiencing this moment right here. It is having satisfying habits in place, a self-care routine, people you love, hobbies you enjoy, and experiences you cherish.

Can you share some key principles that guide your approach to living a fulfilling life?

Some principles I like to live by are do what feels right for you, having pure intentions gets you pure results, and allowing for emotions to come and go before reacting to them. The human experience is complicated and when we have a grasp of who we are and what we want we can outline those principles that work best for ourselves.

How do you create a sense of balance and tranquility in your home environment, considering your busy professional life?

I create a sense of balance in my home by keeping a neat space, enjoying my self care time and making it a priority to eat dinner with my children every night. Sometimes the smallest things have the biggest impact on our psyche.

Do you have any favourite spaces or corners in your home that you find particularly inspiring or relaxing?

I do! I love my living room and my bedroom. Both spaces I consider sacred spaces. I think since I took this approach of viewing everything as a living being or entity it’s shifted how I bring my own energy into every space including my home. The health of yourself and the people in your home plays a big portion to how a space feels because we all carry a vibration.

Are there specific pieces or items in your home that hold special meaning or memories for you?

Absolutely. My most cherished item is my Isamu Noghuci lamp. It was a dream to be able to have acquired it and I will always cherish that joy I felt when it arrived and was finally hung in my dining room. What a moment!

What is your creative process like? Do you have any rituals or routines that you follow when working on a new project?

I am very visual. I am always going through books, Pinterest, saving pictures on Instagram, traveling, asking those I am inspired by questions…the list goes on. But it’s a feeling, a sense of THIS!, a draw. And I just go with it.

Are there specific projects or achievements in your career that you are particularly proud of? What makes them significant to you?

My entire journey is one I’m proud of. I had a lingerie brand that I loved so much and when I pivoted into social media creation I took what I learned from that and have expanded on other passions. I think my journey is significant to me because it has all been from a vision and I manifested things into reality. I have a lot of faith in myself.

Do you have any daily rituals that you believe contribute to feeling more calm and grounded?

I meditate in the morning, a course called Benshen, coffee (lots of it haha), horseback riding, Pilates, books, and bathing.

Where is your favourite place to escape to when you need to take a breath?

I love Utah. It’s such a special place with so much calm and beauty to it.
