We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an incorrect price has been displayed, we suspect fraudulent activity, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, we will refund the amount paid.

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible, including their colours, fabrics, details, dimensions and appearance.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and natural materials may have subtle variations in texture, colour and finish.

These variations are part of the nature of the materials and are not necessarily considered faults.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

SÉN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local authorities.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Faulty Items

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy.

Nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

For New Zealand customers, products purchased for personal or household use may be covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Where a product does not meet applicable legal guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Change-of-mind returns are governed by our Returns Policy and are separate from your statutory rights.

• discount codes cannot be combined;

• discounts cannot be applied retrospectively;

• discount codes have no cash value.

Where SÉN offers gift cards, additional terms may apply.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
